　　中国电信针对反流氓软件联盟对星空极速软件的投诉作出解释。

　　中国电信称，星空极速是其自主研发的宽窄带拨号上网软件，作为正版上网工具软件免费提供给用户，用户可以自主选择是否安装或使用其他拨号软件，其绿色软件卸载方式，对用户操作系统没有影响。
　　对联盟的广大网友提出的“劫持浏览器、强制安装客户端、强制插入广告窗口、未知情下消费”等情况，中国电信表示：由于市场需求多样，有些下属企业在推广星空极速软件过程中与用户的沟通不充分，导致部分用户对星空极速感知体验与其开发推广该软件的初衷出现偏差。中国电信将针对用户提出的各种问题，认真研究，改进服务。同时对星空极速软件的安装使用情况进行必要的检查，发现问题将要求下属企业严格按照集团规范进行整改。

　　对此，反流氓软件联盟发起人董海平表示，中国电信的对外说明和投诉当天中国电信向联盟的解释有一定出入。
